Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of the Product

All purchases on YiMingShu are digital reports delivered instantly in your browser at the time of payment. Because the content is revealed immediately upon completion of payment, the product is considered fully delivered at that moment.

2. Refund Eligibility

We will issue a full refund when any of the following applies:

• You were charged more than once for the same report (duplicate charge).
• The report failed to display after successful payment due to a technical fault on our side, and we cannot restore access within 72 hours.
• The report delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page.

Refund requests under this section must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind after the report content has been revealed, or because you disagree with the interpretations in the report. Our reports are traditional Chinese culture studies provided for entertainment and personal reflection only; they are not predictions, and we do not guarantee any outcome.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the contact page with your payment reference (PayPal transaction or order ID) and a brief description of the issue. We review every request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the funds.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before filing a dispute with PayPal or your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.
